At Opia Archive, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right in the following cases:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@opiaarchive.com.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or worn items

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
